Shinichi Kome designed and competed with a special micromouse that included a vacuum fan to improve traction at high speed. His strategy worked surprisingly well and resulted in a final maze time of 7.104 seconds. Unfortunately we were only able to capture two of the mouse's earlier runs in this video.
